IMPORTANT: Before the commencement of any project, a formal Service Agreement/Contract will be sent to the client for review and signature.

No project will begin until the contract has been properly reviewed, agreed upon, and signed by both parties.

The contract serves to protect both CF-TechWorks and the client by clearly outlining project scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, responsibilities, and expectations.

By signing the agreement, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions governing the project.

CF-TechWorks reserves the right to suspend or decline services if the contract is not signed or if agreed terms are not respected.
