CF-TechWorks

Cletus Fon (born 17 August 2000) is a technology enthusiast, humanitarian volunteer, and founder of the CF-TechWorks Foundation, an initiative focused on creating innovative digital solutions while supporting community development and social impact. His vision has consistently centered on using technology to provide practical, real-world solutions that empower individuals and communities.

Originally from Cameroon/ Batibo, in the Northwest Region of Cameroon, Cletus Fon was born at Guzang General Hospital and spent his early childhood in Bessi, where he attended Bessi Community Primary School. During this period, he developed a deep appreciation for his cultural heritage and mother tongue, guided by the values of humility, respect, and community service instilled by his late grandfather, Fon Simon Ndum.

With the support and encouragement of his mother, Eveline Fon, he later relocated to Bamenda to continue his educational journey, successfully completing his primary education and beginning secondary studies before the emergence of the Anglophone crisis in Cameroon.

A significant turning point in his life came through the guidance and support of Dr. Bernard Fon Tabod and his family from Mbengwi, who welcomed and mentored him with compassion and purpose. Through this experience, Cletus gained exposure to entrepreneurship, health, and wellness through the principles associated with the Forever Living Products business community. At the same time, he continued pursuing his passion for technology and digital innovation while remaining committed to community engagement and humanitarian values.

In addition, I had the privilege of completing an internship during which I engaged with leading professionals in the technology and healthcare sectors in Yaoundé, the capital of Cameroon. This experience provided valuable exposure to both fields and strengthened my understanding of professional practices in dynamic environments. I also had the opportunity to learn from distinguished mentors, including Mac-clay Tabod Muyang, Cedric Mbah, Tah Tabod, Dickson Garba, and Mbakwa Ndi, whose guidance contributed significantly to my professional development and growth…..

Inspired by the belief that every contribution matters, he embraces the popular Cameroonian expression: “Nothing small for man e hand,” reflecting the importance of hard work, dignity, and giving back to society regardless of one’s position.

In 2025, Cletus Fon expanded his international and cultural experience by traveling to Belarus, where he studied in Minsk at the Belarusian State University of Foreign Languages. During his academic journey, he obtained an internationally recognized certificate and developed a broader understanding of diplomacy, intercultural communication, and global cooperation.

While in Belarus, he actively participated in cultural exchange initiatives, proudly showcasing the traditions and cultural richness of Cameroon alongside other African nations including Republic of the Congo, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Mali, and Burundi. His experiences strengthened his commitment to international understanding, youth empowerment, innovation, and humanitarian cooperation across cultures.

Today, Cletus Fon continues to advance his mission through technology, leadership, and humanitarian engagement, with a focus on building meaningful connections between innovation, education, and global community development.
